All items are made to order in the USA. Once items are shipped, you will be notified of the tracking information. Items are shipped via USPS. All bridal orders ship via FedEx and are insured for their full value. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For high value orders, signature will be required upon delivery.

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your collection piece jewelry in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and price differences (if applicable). Contact me immediately at [email protected] if items are damaged upon arrival, images may be requested. CUSTOM JEWELRY IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE!  If the initial finger size, chain length, etc. is incorrect, I will resize it for no additional cost. All other design changes after completion will come with a fee. Should any stones come loose or fall out, I will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. After 6 months and should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, missing large stones, etc), MJD will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client.

All engagement ring designs can be modified to accommodate any shape center stone, add addition small diamonds, add any type of stone (black diamonds, salt and pepper diamonds, colored gemstones), and change for larger or smaller stone. Please email prior to purchase for different gemstone inquires and design modification quotes.
