**SHIPPING**
All items are made to order in the USA. Once items are shipped, you will be notified of the tracking information. Items are shipped via USPS.
All bridal orders ship via FedEx and are insured for their full value. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Signature will be required upon delivery.
Domestic orders: please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
International orders: please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.
Additional Info about International Orders: International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.

**RETURNS | EXCHANGES**
We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 60 days, for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and price differences (if applicable).

Design Phase
Information to consider:
*Size (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc)
*Metal Preference (sterling silver, 14K yellow, white, or rose, 18K yellow, white, or rose, or platinum)
*Time Frame - The custom design process from start to finish typically takes 3-5 weeks. (if you have an event or day in mind that you absolutely must have the piece, please let me know)
*Budget (this is optional, but highly suggested for engagement rings)
After the initial consultation, we will mock up some computer designs and email you renderings and prices. At this point, you can make any changes you'd like to the design. When you are satisfied with the design, we ask for a $200 deposit to move forward. If we are reusing any of your materials, please pay prior to shipping your goods.
Production Phase
Your custom jewelry will then be 3D printed, cast, cleaned, polished, and set. I will keep you updated with photos of your jewelry in all the different stages. (Check my Instagram!)

The custom design process typically take 3-5 weeks.
If we don’t have the correct finger size initially, we will resize the ring for no additional cost.
We will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. Should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, missing large stones, etc), Mosette will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client. We recommend getting your ring/prongs checked yearly....either through Mosette or a local jeweler, whichever you’re more comfortable with logistically.
We encourage you to add any fine jewelry valued over $3,000 to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy to protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry. If needed, we provide appraisals through a local, trusted appraiser.
**ENGAGEMENT RING SALES**

All engagement ring designs can be modified to accommodate any shape center stone, add addition small diamonds, add any type of stone (black diamonds, salt and pepper diamonds, colored gemstones), and change for larger or smaller stone.
