Refund policy

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your collection piece jewelry in its original, unworn condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and price differences (if applicable). Contact me immediately at INFO@MOSETTEJEWELRY.COM if items are damaged upon arrival, images may be requested. CUSTOM JEWELRY AND CLOSE OUT JEWELRY IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE!  If the initial finger size, chain length, etc. is incorrect, I will resize it for no additional cost. All other design changes after completion will come with a fee. Should any stones come loose or fall out, I will replace melee diamonds within the first 6 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge. After 6 months and should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, missing large stones, etc), MJD will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client.
